Configuring your Email client

Outlook 2003

  1. Go to Start -> Control Panel -> Mail
  2. Select 'Email Accounts'

  3. Select 'Add a New Email Account' and click 'Next'

  4. It is strongly recommended that you use IMAP unless you have a very small mailbox in which case you should use POP3

  5. Enter your provided information. Note that the username is the same as the full email address
    The incoming mailserver will be mail.yourdomain.com and the outgoing will be smtp.yourdomain.com
    When finished click 'More Settings'

  6. In the 'Outgoing Server' tab, ensure that 'My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication is checked

  7. It is recommended that you use our alternate outgoing port.
    In the 'Advanced' tab ensure the Outgoing Server (SMTP) is set to 587

  8. Click 'Next'
